The apple indicates a traditional CLASSROOM course. Tuition ranges from $35-$150 depending on the course (fees include all materials).  Most courses take 3 hours.

 

The computer indicates a WEB SEMINAR, facilitated by an instructor.  After attending a web seminar, participates have free access to a audio version for 30 days.  Tuition ranges from free to $15.95.  Most courses take 1 hour.

 

The calendar indicates a MULTI-DAY CONFERENCE or special event where speakers from a variety of financial walks of life such as estate planning, insurance, etc. share their knowledge on a central theme. Tuition ranges from $150-$225 depending upon the event.

Exchange Traded Funds (ETF) came onto the investment scene in the late 1980’s.  Since their advent, they have climbed in popularity as an alternative to mutual funds for participating in the stock market.  This course covers the basics of ETFs including what they are, how they trade, who are the biggest providers and what role they can play in your portfolio
